This comprehensive Cancer Treatment Center was designed and built in eight months, including radiation and medical oncology build-outs. The second floor was left unfinished for future medical office occupancy relating to cancer treatment.
Consttruction of this 25,000 square foot freestanding medical office building included 2-story structural steel frame, rubber roof, glass and brick exterior, cast-in-place concrete accelerator vault and canopy on a challenging site.
Equipment installed included a Varian 2100C Accelerator, Varian Ximitron Simulator and a Picker X-Ray.
