First Dayton Cancer Care

The First Dayton Cancer Care Center is a freestanding 8,000 square foot Radiatoin Oncology Center desidned and built for Dr. Edward Hughes (repeat client) in a new medical/business park in Kettering, Ohio. Master planning for adjacent site includes a full service imaging center.
Consttruction included wood frame with concrete floor slab and cast-in-place concrete Accelerator and HDR vaults, wood roof trusses, standing seam metal roof, and brick exterior.
Equipment installed included a Varian 21ex Linear Accelerator, GE Gold Seal CT/Simulator and a Nucletron HDR Unit.
